The average American (that's you) is gobsmacked by nearly 10,000 advertising messages per day: Singing schnauzers. Dancing diabetics. High-decibel car dealers. Flamboyant fashionistas. The cavalcade of cutting-edge creativity (along with a fair amount of dull-edged creativity) leaps from your video device of choice 24/7/365.

History tells us that Elvis got so miffed at these incessant intrusions into his favorite video content that he shot his TV dead. Well, Ad Nauseam urges all Americans to drop their weapons, step back from their on-air or online device and instead let our resident 30-plus-year ad pros, Mike and Joe, shoot verbal holes in the notable commercials of the past and present -- irreverently, insightfully analyzing what worked, what flopped and how the whole darned shootin' match might have been better.
Yes friends, Ad Nauseam is the episodic antidote to dull, annoying, obnoxious commercials. It's the reaction video series you'll want to react to. So, join the Ad Nauseam Spot Spotters and take part in our Critique of the Week, our Spot vs Spot competition, our Which is Worst contest or our Fix It Up spot rethink.

He's the guru of silly car dealer TV ads: Mike and Joe "go see Cal."

A former radio news reporter, club D.J., press aide to the New York State Assembly, public relations professional and advertising agency creative lead in both New York and Los Angeles, Mike is founder, creative director and executive producer of Beard Boy Productions, Inc., a Southern California-based advertising production agency.
Joe brings a creative director's perspective to Ad Nauseam, having spent 30+ years crafting memorable commercials for major brands. His background in both traditional and digital advertising gives him unique insights into how the industry has transformed.
Known for his sharp wit and ability to spot creative brilliance (or the lack thereof), Joe provides the artistic and cultural commentary that makes each episode engaging and educational.
Ad Nauseam isn't just about making fun of bad commercials (though we do plenty of that). Our mission is to educate viewers about the art and science of advertising while entertaining them with insightful commentary and behind-the-scenes stories.
