A former radio news reporter, club D.J., press aide to the New York State Assembly, public relations professional and advertising agency creative lead in both New York and Los Angelese, Mike is founder/creative director/executive producer of Beard Boy Productions, Inc., a Southern California-based advertising production agency. As such, he has written, produced and/or directed more than a thousand print, TV, radio, video, animation, AR/VR and web projects over the past 30-plus years -- for national, regional and local clients such as: Miller Beer, John Deere, Kia, Blue Cross and Blue Shields nationwide, Bank of America, Lincoln, Los Angeles Angels of Anaheim, National Institute of Health, Taco Bell, Microsoft, Stater Bros. Markets, Butterball Turkey, Disneyland and over 100 shopping malls across the U.S.

Joe Dinki is a 30-plus-year video production professional, with experience creating a wide range of projects for clients such as Citigroup, AXA Equitable, New York Life, NFL and others while serving as resident producer for New York City-based Pavaline Studios, RX Entertainment Media, City Lights and Creative Mega Playground. His television show pilot “Scratchers” was purchased by VH1, while “Cover Shot,” a show he created, ran for two seasons on TLC. A multifaceted artist known for his work in photography, poetry, voice-over artistry and commercial media, his photography exhibitions include "Keep The Channel Open" and "The Other Side of Ever" at The Black and White Gallery in New York City. He’s also gained recognition for his unique forms of poetry while performing at various venues, earning a substantial following on social media.
